You can exclude individual social media or communities from appearing in your social results, directly from the social media feed within a Pulse monitor. On the right hand corner of every social media post in the feed, you will notice 3 vertical dots. Select those dots, and a pop-up will appear to "Hide all content from this user" and "Hide all content from this community"(when appropriate):
Once you've hid the content for the user from the Social feed, you will see the account appear in the "Exclude Social Accounts" section of the monitor creation page.
Please note: Excluding certain accounts/communities will only affect the current monitor for which you've banned the accounts, and not all of your command monitors. Excluding accounts and communities will ensure this activity not ingested in your monitor moving forward, it won't remove the historical posts in your monitor.
Additionally, if you would like to ban accounts from a Primer Curated Monitor, duplicate the monitor and you will be able to exclude certain accounts from the social feed.
If you have any questions about the Exclude Social Accounts feature, please reach out to the team at [email protected]
